What happens if the server crashes in the middle of a hand?
In the unlikely event of a server crash during a game, all Companies will restore player accounts to what they were at the time of the interruption. If a player's last hand of play was completed, the player's account will have been updated as individual transactions are posted to accounts after completion of every hand.
If I am disconnected and fail to return in time, what happens to my hand?
In the rare case that a real-money player cannot return in time to finish play, the hand will automatically be All-in. Each player will be given one all-in per day due to the unlikely case that the player is disconnected without being re-established in time. If the player has already used their daily All-in and they do not
return to the table in time, their hand will automatically be folded. Play-money tables offer an unlimited number of All-in plays.
